Week 20

Thank you for completing your data and being prepared for data meetings this week. Thank you to the entire team for brainstorming and doing your best to meet the needs of all our students academically & emotionally. Our students are lucky to be here at High Point School!

PARCC Testing: We will be testing Tuesday, March 13th-Friday, March 16th. We will be administering two tests per day.  We will test ONLY with your homeroom students. Language Arts testing will be done during the math block since the test is 90 minutes. YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP HERE FOR YOUR MATH TESTING SESSIONS. We will administer 4 math tests which are each 60 minutes.

Naglieri Testing: This year our 3rd & 5th grade students will take the Naglieri non-verbal ability test during the testing window of February 12-23. This is a 30 minute non-verbal assessment that requires no spoken or written language. We will share more information once it is available. Thank you to the resource & EL teachers for handling accommodations for our students.

Yearbook Pictures: Please add any pictures from this school year to this folder. We need 1 picture from each classroom for the yearbook. It could be Halloween, Winter Parties, or a field trip....the more variety the better! Also, there is a 5th grade memories folder in there. Please add pictures. (Thanks Sharon for adding pictures, already!)  We need these pictures by Feb. 16th. Thank you!

Grandparents Night: The invitation for the evening is being sent home today. Please sign up here to be part of this night on Thursday, February 8th from 6:30-8:00. We have 4 great stations planned.
